Shipping within Australia
**Order Processing and Shipping:**

**Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items:**
- We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
**Australia Post Regular:**
- Delivery Time: 3-10 days from the time of shipment.
- Standard Shipping Rate: $10 for purchases under $200
**Australia Post Express:**
- Delivery Time: 1-5 days from the time of shipment.
- Express Shipping Rates $16
**Local Pickup (Gold Coast, QLD & Northern Rivers, NSW Residents):**
- You have the option to collect your items from our store at no additional cost.
- Select 'Pick Up' on the Shipping page during checkout.
- Please bring Photo ID and your order confirmation with you when picking up.
# New Zealand Shipping
- Shipping cost is a flat rate of $25 AUD for Standard shipping.
# U.S. Customers
- Flat rate of $45.00 AUD. Orders ship from Australia. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may be charged on arrival — these are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
# International Shipping
International customers: To ensure accurate pricing in your local currency, we recommend using a credit or debit card at checkout. Afterpay is only available for Australian customers and may default to AUD if used overseas.
