Shipping within Australia

**Order Processing and Shipping:**

- All orders are processed on the same day and will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery times depend on your location and Australia Post's delivery schedule.
- You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your order.

**Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items:**

- We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

**Australia Post Regular:**

- Delivery Time: 3-10 days from the time of shipment.
- Standard Shipping Rate: $12 for purchases under $150.

**Australia Post Express:**

- Delivery Time: 1-5 days from the time of shipment.
- Express Shipping Rates:
- $20 for purchases under $200.
- Free Express shipping for orders over $200.

**Local Pickup (Gold Coast, QLD & Northern Rivers, NSW Residents):**

- You have the option to collect your items from our store at no additional cost.
- Select 'Pick Up' on the Shipping page during checkout.
- Please bring Photo ID and your order confirmation with you when picking up.

# New Zealand Shipping

- Shipping cost is a flat rate of $25 AUD for Standard shipping.

# International Shipping

- Flat rate of $45.00 AUD.
- We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax.
- Delivery times vary based on your location and Australia Post's delivery schedule.
- We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during international shipping.
- It is your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country.
